These Terms of Use govern access to quiphralkroz.world and the purchase and use of Steadythm products described on Quiphralkroz, including digital planners, downloadable audio packs, and live setup conversations. By using the site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked in the footer.
Services and products
Steadythm provides educational pacing materials and scheduling support. Content is informational and organizational. It is not a substitute for professional advice where your situation requires regulated expertise. You remain responsible for how you apply suggestions in your own context.
Digital goods are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate written agreement allows broader use. You may not redistribute files, resell access, or remove copyright notices embedded in PDFs or audio metadata.
Orders and pricing
Prices appear in Danish kroner unless stated otherwise. Taxes and fees follow the information shown at checkout or in written quotes. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order and will communicate changes if they affect a confirmed purchase.
Product availability may change. If a live session cannot be delivered on the scheduled date due to unforeseen events, we will propose an alternative time or a refund according to the Return Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, probing for vulnerabilities beyond responsible reporting, or using contact forms to transmit unlawful or harassing content. We may suspend access to protect users and infrastructure.
If account features are introduced later, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for notifying Steadythm if you suspect misuse.
Intellectual property
Branding, text, layout, and curated media on Quiphralkroz belong to Steadythm or its licensors. Limited quoting for personal reference is permitted; commercial reuse requires permission.
Warranties and disclaimers
Steadythm aims to deliver accurate descriptions and functional files, but the site and products are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to quiphralkroz.world during maintenance or third-party outages.
Consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be waived by these terms. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections available in Denmark or elsewhere in the EU where applicable.
Force majeure
Steadythm is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural events, labor disputes, failures of telecommunications networks, or actions of authorities, provided we notify you when practicable and propose reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling a live session.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Steadythm is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. For consumers in the EU, mandatory rights are not reduced.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, except where a higher minimum applies under national law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted in accordance with Danish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes to another jurisdiction. Courts in Denmark have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on quiphralkroz.world with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance except where required consent is obtained separately.
