Return Policy
This Return Policy describes how Steadythm handles cancellations, refunds, and replacements for products offered on quiphralkroz.ddd. It applies to digital planners, downloadable audio packs, and live setup conversations listed on the Steady Products page unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Digital goods
When you purchase a digital product, delivery begins when files or access links are made available to the email address you provided. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may lose the right to withdraw once delivery begins if you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right to withdraw may be lost. If you did not consent to immediate delivery, standard withdrawal windows may apply under national law.
If a file is defective or corrupted, contact Steadythm with a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement link or an alternative format where reasonable. If we cannot resolve the defect within a short period, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Audio packs
Audio downloads are licensed for personal use as described in the Terms of Use. Refunds for audio packs are considered when technical failure prevents access or when duplicate charges occur. Please include your order reference and the device or browser used when contacting support.
Live setup conversations
Live sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if you provide at least twenty-four hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may forfeit the session fee unless Steadythm can fill the slot or an exception is agreed in writing.
If a session cannot be delivered due to provider issues, you will receive a new schedule or a full refund.
How to request a refund
Send a message through the Contact page with your name, purchase reference, and a short explanation. We respond within the timelines described on the Contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless technically impossible, in which case we propose a reasonable alternative.
Partial refunds and bundles
If you purchased a bundle and one component fails while others work, we may offer partial credit or replacement for the failed component rather than refunding the entire bundle, unless the failure is material to the entire purchase.
Printed add-ons
If Steadythm offers optional printed materials for pickup in Roskilde, defects such as misprints may be replaced when reported within fourteen days of handoff. Customized print runs may be non-refundable once production begins unless a manufacturing defect is documented.
EU consumer information
If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you benefit from mandatory rights including access to out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms where available in your country. Steadythm provides clear pre-contract information on product pages and in these policies to support informed choices.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause further deliveries until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact Steadythm first so we can resolve most issues quickly without involving payment networks.
